This is a lovely cinnamon roll, but in a "crown" shape.

This is a basic Swiss Roll recipe.  The flavored filling can be anything that is thick enough to hold a little shape, but thin enough it is spreadable.  Examples include:

• jelly/jam
• Nutella

very dense, and rich chocolate cheesecake.

This is an amazing cheesecake that comes with just a hint of coffee flavor.
