The ADF elections are over, and as I honestly expected, my longshot bid for archdruid came up short with only about 26%of the vote.  A good showing, so I can't complain.  I congratulate all the winners of the elections, and pray for their success in their terms.

This now opens up a lot of time that I had put on reserve until I knew what was happening.  It means now that my festival schedule for the year is pretty much set:

  • *Ghosti-Con
  • Summerlands
  • Between the worlds
  • Harvest nights

Yes, I am cutting out a couple festivals this year for a few reasons, the biggest being that I want to do some traveling for myself and see people that I haven't seen for a while for whatever reason. Hence my whirlwind trip to San Francisco this late spring.

I am also going to be devoting more time to the folk of ADF through doing webinars of sorts, with the DP being the first one to tackle starting sometime in may, but other courses, probably some ctp, initiates, or gsp courses will be taken on.

Along with this, I an going to work on developing some new workshops, and have been drafted by old one eye to work out an intensive for a festival this year.  Shall be interesting there.

I also plan to start writing my book, "brewing for the gods" which will hopefully be a mix of history, lore, brewing techniques, and recipes.

Finally, I am planning on doing more personal development.  I have contacted the troth provost to find out about starting their lore program... No, I have no desire to go through their clergy stuff, priest of one organization is enough, but their program looks like it will be beneficial to me.
