2 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons butter, melted
  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl
  2. Blend yolks well and add milk
  3. Add to dry ingredients
  4. Add melted butter
  5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
  6. Bake in a waffle iron
